Sunday Morning Love Letter — 9 January 2022
An encouragement letter about passion.
Dear Bill,
You should be asleep right now since you arrived home from your part-time job at Painting with a Twist (PWAT) near 11 pm and it’s almost 5:30 am. I don’t know how you’re able to function on less than seven to nine hours sleep most nights, but somehow, someway you do so. We both know it’s impossible for you to get some rest after having a great time doing something creative just like you did after coming home from reciting poetry on open mics throughout Philly and New Jersey. Although you facilitated a painting class yesterday evening, you still had that same exhilarating feeling.
And speaking of your PWAT class, you did a kick ass job of instructing the participants how to create last night’s painting called Snowy Moonlight. There were many first-time artists in the studio, but you made everyone feel welcome and relaxed regardless of if their experience level. You answered all the questions and helped anyone who had trouble with their personal masterpieces. The class had fun and they enjoyed themselves based upon the positive feedback and compliments you received at the end of the night.
I’m so proud of you, Bill, for having a wonderful time last night. Honestly, I always feel this way whenever you’re expressing…
