Having balance and

achieving happiness in

all aspects of life.

The definition of success is subject to interpretation. What one person perceives as being successful may contrast to another’s thoughts.

When I was younger, I believed that having financial security would be the ultimate measure of success. If my net worth was great enough that I could write a $5,000,000 check, then I’d be successful. Now that I’m older (and wiser), I know this is not true.

Financial security is nice, don’t get me wrong, but writing a $5,000,000 check is no longer the measure of my success.

I’m striving for balance and happiness in every aspect of my life, including my health, family, spirituality, purpose for living, etc. I don’t know if I’ll get there someday, but it feels great to put my best foot forward to doing what’s necessary to arrive at my destination.

Today, I will continue to strive towards attaining balance and happiness in my life.
