The Blame Game

No one has said or

did anything to hold you

back more than yourself.

It’s easy to point the finger at someone else and claim it’s their fault when you refuse to acknowledge you’re at fault for the decisions you made. I’ve engaged in this negative behavior on several occasions making excuses rather than accepting responsibility. This destructive way of thinking can be emotionally exhaustive with feelings of anger towards others when you’re afraid to look in the mirror and confront the true culprit.

Today, I will avoid blaming others and hold myself accountable for any actions taken or decisions made where I’m at fault.
