into the new year.

My intention at the start of this calendar year was to continue making progress toward becoming the best writer I can be.

I’m proud of the progress I made and the dedication I demonstrated to consistently pursue my craft through journaling my thoughts, creating new literary works to submit for publication, and participating in writing workshops. Although I haven’t yet accomplished the above-mentioned feat, the journey has been wonderful.

I plan to continue using the remaining four months of 2022 to my advantage and make this period a meaningful one. The following five items will enable me to press forward until the end of the year.

1. Stay consistent with writing.

There are no ifs, ands, or buts about it: I need to write. Correction, I need to write…
